This class is NOT a Bootcamp! It's an opportunity for Women, beginners and up, to learn how to build muscle safely and effectively. The SarcoBLAST Class is a 4-Week Muscle Building Program based on the latest scientific evidence! It is designed using very little equipment and does not require a gym membership. We'll get you the right weight, reps and sets for you, teach you the basic science of strength training, proper form, how to modify and when to progress so that you will know HOW to structure your own workouts. In 4 Weeks you will understand & experience the benefits of strength training including:

Sharmila Kulkarni is a Physiotherapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a passion for fitness and wellness. Using her expertise in exercise prescription and body mechanics, she's created a program that will help ignite your own passion for strength training. Join her in a fun and comfortable atmosphere to learn together and get answers to any questions you may have about building muscle and staying stong. This program will include infomative dialogue, as well as actionable steps that you can start taking now to stay strong in the future!
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have a lot of experience with strength training, this class will provide you with the information you need to build strength.
We’ll discuss why we lose muscle and what we can do to preserve and build muscle.
